George Patterson is the CEO for Texana Center, a leading provider of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disability Services in the state of Texas.
Mr. Patterson has served as chief executive officer since May 2000. Prior to his coming to Texana Center, Mr. Patterson served as the Director of Operations for another large community center.
Mr. Patterson received a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, and a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology from Midwestern State University. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and an active member of the community. He currently serves as a member of the Advisory Committee to Texas Council Risk Management Fund (TCRMF) Board of Trustees, and is the Chair of the TCRMF Risk Management Advisory Committee.
Amanda Darr is the Chief Financial Officer for Texana Center. She is responsible for the overall financial management of the Center including the direction and management of the accounting, reimbursement, and purchasing departments. Additionally, she is responsible for managing the center’s information services initiatives.
Mrs. Darr has served as CFO since September 1988. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of Dallas, and an MBA from the University of Houston.

Dot Preisler Director of Human Resouces
Dot Preisler is the Director of Human Resources for Texana Center and responsible for all employment matters for the center as well as all employee training and staff development.
Mrs. Preisler began her career with the organization in 1998 with Central Gulf State-Operated Community MHMR Services and has held various positions within the organization. Mrs. Preisler has 8 years in the Human Resource department at Texana and holds BS degree from the University of Houston.
Jeff Enzinna is the Director of Developmental Disability Services Director for Texana Center. He is responsible for all programs and client services in the Developmental Disability Division.
Mr. Enzinna has served as the Developmental Disability Services Director since September 1999. Prior to his working for Texana Center, Mr. Enzinna was the Executive Director for Central Gulf State-Operated Community MHMR Services. He holds an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from Southern Illinois University.

Shena Timberlake Director of Behavioral
Healthcare Services
Shena Timberlake is the Director of Behavioral Healthcare Services for Texana Center. She is responsible for the overall management of the Behavioral Healthcare Services Division including outpatient clinics, pharmacy, consumer benefits, and the crisis hotline department.
Mrs. Timberlake has served as the Director of Behavioral Healthcare Services since June, 2003. Mrs. Timberlake's experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer for DeTar Regional Healthcare System (Triad Hospitals, Inc.) in Victoria, Texas and Victoria Regional Medical Center (Universal Health Services, Inc.) in Victoria, Texas. She holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas A & M University.
Rod Crowl is the Resource Development Director for Texana Center. He is responsible for all advancement functions -- fundraising, community relations, public affairs, and related activities in our various service locations. Mr. Crowl joined Texana in 2006 after holding successful senior leadership positions as chief development officer for several major non profit organizations in the Houston area.
He received his undergraduate education at Rice University, earning a B.A. with honors in Economics and English, and received a J.D. from the University of Texas School of Law in Austin. Besides his other professional associations, Mr. Crowl is licensed to practice law by the State Bar of Texas.
