The purpose of this survey is to get your opinions about Texana Center’s development of a network of service providers for mental health services in Fort Bend, Austin, Waller, Colorado, Wharton and Matagorda Counties.

You may not realize this, but Texana Center is both a provider of mental health services and the overseer of those services. The state would like for us to find more individuals/organizations that are willing to serve as the provider of these services.

Local Planning and Network Development is a planning process mandated by the State of Texas for all MHMR Community Centers. The goal of the planning process is to develop a plan to find additional individuals/organizations willing to provide services. This is being done so consumers in our system can have a choice of mental health service providers.

Texana Center will use the results of this survey, input from meetings with stakeholders and other community input to develop a two year Local Planning and Network Development Plan. Your opinion is valued in this process.
