Rosenberg TX – January 14, 2016 – Texana Center had its first “Changing Lives Breakfast” in the Fulshear area with Legacy Ford as the Presenting Sponsor.

The event was held at Weston Lakes Country Club and was a real success because of the work of the following table hosts; Sue Fagan, Melody Hess, Tricia Krenek, Polly Royer, Randy Stacy, Cheryl Stalinsky and Tricia Turner. Guests were treated to an overview video of Texana Center services and testimonials by Tim Smith, a parent of a young boy with autism and Caryl Woodruff whose son attends the Learning Center at Rosenberg and is assisted in his part-time job with H-E-B by Texana’s Support Employment Program. Mayor Tommy Kuykendall then gave a description of the planned Texana Fulshear Campus and unveiled a short animated video of Texana’s vision for the campus. He then asked everyone at the breakfast to join him in donating to the “Forward Together in Fulshear” capital campaign which has a goal to raise $8 million.
