Texana Center and St. John’s United Methodist Church Partner to Support Mental Health Clients Across Six Counties
(RICHMOND, TX.) – Each year, St. John’s United Methodist Church works tirelessly to pack hundreds of backpacks filled with school supplies, helping ease the back-to-school burden for clients and families in need—especially those impacted by mental health challenges.
This year, the backpacks and supplies will be distributed across the six counties Texana Center serves: Wharton, Matagorda, Colorado, Fort Bend, Waller, and Austin.
Thanks to St. John’s, children and families throughout our region will be well-equipped and supported as they head into a new school year.
Through their compassion and commitment, St. John continues to make a meaningful impact in our community by uplifting the lives of those we serve. Their generous donation supports vital programs and uplifts children and families across communities.
