Our Impact

Since 1999, Texana Center has been recognized as the expert for mental health, autism, and developmental disabilities services throughout Fort Bend, Austin, Colorado, Matagorda, Waller, and Wharton counties. Our evidence-based, trauma-informed approach supports individuals and families with a wide variety of services.

We are a nonprofit with a highly trained and dynamic team of over 800 staff members, committed to helping more than 16,000 people annually with the care they need to move ahead. Our caring staff provide assessment, treatment, and coordination to help children and adults navigate life with clarity.
