The Texana Cafe was created by Texana Center with the goal to make and serve exceptional food while supporting meaningful employment for individuals with autism or intellectual disabilities. Making and serving sandwiches, coffee, and baked goods offers our paid interns opportunity to focus on increasing their vocational skills to better access a path to competitive employment in the community.  Our café showcases and sells hand made products such as jewelry and home décor that have been made for us by others who have autism or intellectual disabilities.
