Where you can help

Texana’s Behavior Technicians are essential to our autism programs to provide individualized, high quality services to children with autism. BTs empower children with tools to help them reach their full potential and also help to improve the lives of their families. This will be the most rewarding career you’ve ever dreamed of with abundant possibilities for career development. These positions are located in Fulshear, Rosenberg, and Sugar Land.

Our Intellectual and Developmental Disability Service Coordinators plan and monitor all services for individuals who are receiving assistance through various funding sources. The Service Coordinators build close relationships with individuals, their families and others involved in the person’s life. Service Coordinators provide the path for individuals to achieve personal goals for living independently, working in their communities, and being healthy and safe. This team of caring staff is often the sole resource for families seeking assistance.

This team of dedicated staff provides care to individuals with developmental disabilities living in our community based group homes. These homes are 4 bedroom homes, located in residential communities throughout Fort Bend and Wharton counties. The care and support that the Residence Support Staff provides to these individuals is essential and life saving.

Care Coordinators provide direct mental health services to both youth and adults diagnosed with chronic, serious mental illness. They assess, plan, coordinate, monitor, and link patients to community resources and service providers. These positions are located in Bay City, Brookshire, Columbus, Rosenberg, Sugar Land, and Wharton.

Staff at our Behavior Treatment and Training Center have the opportunity to work at a one of a kind facility dedicated to supporting children from all across the state to improve their behavior and safety skills so that they can successfully return home to their families. The dedicated team of residential trainers and other professionals work together to provide intensive, nurturing, behavior analysis intervention to help children who need us the most to succeed.

Work with clients who had a developmental disabilities. Roles include service coordination, residential support, community support, employment support, medical services, program management and more.

Work with the youngest members of our community, and their families. Help them grow and develop the skills they need to move ahead.

Staff members in this area work with individuals and families of adults and youth to achieve recovery from the effects of mental illness. Service roles include: care coordinator, licensed professionals, peer specialists, family partners and medical services.
