What we stand for.

In 2022, Texana Center began working with an external DEIB consulting firm to help develop a road map that considers where we currently are on our organizational Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging journey and provide a framework that will support long-term goals of employee growth and development to support service delivery. This work is still ongoing, and it is our belief that we will continue to learn and grow in our efforts to ensure that everyone from staff to clients and patients always feel welcome, respected, included, and that this is a place where they belong just as they are.

As part of this work, a DEIB Advisory Council was created to provide the appropriate information to Texana employees to help foster a sense of belonging within Texana Center. The group is made up of 16 staff members from across the organization.
