A person enrolled in the Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) Program has $2,000 annually to pay for dental services. The person/family can choose their dental provider. The dental provider must meet specific credentialing requirements prior to performing dental services. Any costs exceeding $2,000 is the responsibility of the person/family. The person/family must be enrolled in the Texana Center Home and Community-Based Services (HCS) Provider program and maintain Medicaid benefits.
A person enrolled in the Texas Home Living (TxHmL) Program has $1,000 annually to pay for dental services. The person/family can choose their dental provider. The dental provider must meet specific credentialing requirements prior to performing dental services. Any costs exceeding $1,000 is the responsibility of the person/family. The person/family must be enrolled in the Texana Center Texas Home Living TxHmL) Provider program and maintain Medicaid benefits.
